Making a merchant payment or deposit means you are transferring money from your bank account to the merchant account using Cashramp, facilitated by one of our agents.

Click ‘Cashramp’ as your preferred means of payment on the agent website or app and follow these steps:

  1. Input the amount you wish to deposit and select ‘Continue’

  2. Select where you’ll be paying from

  3. Enter your payment details

    1. Save your payment method details

  4. If you already have a payment method saved, select it

  1. If you’re making a deposit and you’ve sent your funds to the agent, open the chat-box and upload the payment receipt.

  2. Copy the agent’s bank account or mobile money details

  3. In your bank account or mobile money app, paste the agent’s account details

    1. Input the exact amount

    1. Cross-check the details and complete the transaction

  4. On Cashramp, select “I’ve paid”

  1. Confirm that you’ve made the payment to the agent

    1. Wait for our agent to confirm receipt of your payment and select” Chat with agent” to communicate with them if necessary

  2. Your payment has been confirmed!
