Requesting a USD ACH account

To receive USD payments directly into your Accrue virtual USD ACH accounts, follow these steps:

  1. On the homepage, select the prompt that reads “Receive Cash” and click on “ACH” to begin the account request.
  2. Select “Verify your address”
  3. Upload a PDF version of your bank statement or your Accrue account statement
  4. To get your Accrue statement, log in and navigate: Profile > Settings > My Account > Request Account Statement.
  5. Provide the same address, city and state you currently reside in
  6. At the bottom of the page, select ‘Request your USD account’
